My building was installed by Hermes Tejada with ART CONSTRUCTIONS LLC. They said that they would show up at around 7:00 and my usual experience with construction crews is that 7:00 means 7:45 - 8:30. Hermes and his crew showed up at exactly 7:00 which was already a great first impression. I told them about an issue with the concrete pad and they were able to work around it with zero issues. They installed the entire building and were cleaned up and heading out in just one day. Very impressive and great attention to detail. I really like my new building and I appreciate the crew that installed it. Thanks Hermes!

They did a good job putting in the shed. When it rained water came under the rubber seal on the roll up door. I had them come down three times to take a look at it and try to fix it but it was never resolved. There was a language barrier and they could not understand what I was trying to explain to them. I sent them photos of the problem with the roll-up door but they still would not accept responsibility. Needless to say, I will not have them back here again.

Thank you for your feedback, we’re glad to hear that you were satisfied with the installation of your building. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced afterward, especially with communication and the ongoing water issue.

Our team did make multiple attempts to address the concern, and based on our inspection, the water appears to be entering from underneath the base rather than through the structure or door itself. While our buildings and roll-up doors are not designed to be fully watertight, particularly on sloped surfaces, we understand how this can still be frustrating.

We do recommend applying caulking along the base to help reduce water intrusion. Additionally, if you’d like us to take another look at the door seal or review any new photos, we’d be happy to do so and explore any possible options with you.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize again for the inconvenience.
