The group (Hermes Daniel and Arnold) that came to put up my steel garage we excellent. They kept we informed of when they were coming a showed up on time. Hermes has a degree in engineering and if there was problem he had the knowledge of how to fix the problem. Daniel was an acrobat on the roof and was very efficient. Aronold was very meticulous framing around the windows and doors so they looked really good when he was finished. Thanks for there hard work.

We had a large building done in September. The order and design was done by Mancave Structures.
I dealt with Marianne and Tania at Quality. They were great and got all of my questions answered quickly.
Miguel and his crew built the building. They worked 12-14 hours a day for 12 days straight. They were absolute perfectionists. Even more particular than I am.
A couple of issues occurred. No one mentioned sealing the building to the concrete. I now have water coming inside the building. The crew spoke very little English; I had my neighbor translate a few times.
All in all it was a great experience so far. I had 2 roll up doors that were damaged when they arrived. I have been working with Marianne to get replacement doors. They should be here anytime. I will update this review after this issue is resolved.

Today is day 3 of the build. The only reason it's taking this long is because of the weather. Last week here in Cedar City UT it was sunny and warm. The day the crew showed up it turned cold. That night we had our first snow but these guys didn't stop. This morning they showed up at 8am. It was 16°F. Fortunately, the sun is out today and it is warming up fast but, this crew - lead by Hermes T. - has been amazing! They work non-stop even into the dark at night.
I should also mention that working with everyone - especially Michelle - at Quality Carports has been a pleasure. They have answered all my questions and made sure the building is exactly what we wanted. I am very pleased we choose to work with them.

Our experience with Quality Carports was overall good and our barn is beautiful and functional. Manuel and his team worked swiftly to put up our very custom building within a week, often working after dark. They addressed every concern and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Great experience with him and his team!
Any time we called into the office for building design or questions, we had a good experience. All of the ladies are so great to work with!
A couple things we wished would've gone smoother:
1. The virtual designer that gives you the price, it was thousands more than the simulator said, which was discouraging. You spend all the time designing within your price range but there's no way to know what the cost is without going through the office and getting an official quote.
2. The engineered plans, which were required by our county, were not included in the price and were even thousands more. If you don't pay for them before the building is put up, it is automatically double the price which just felt like a money grab.
3. It was hard to communicate with the building team because of a language barrier. When it was necessary, the office would translate so ultimately it worked out.
Very happy with our finished product!

Regarding the online designer — the 3D simulator is a helpful visualization tool, but it does not generate exact pricing because it cannot account for county requirements, site conditions, customizations, or engineering needs. We understand how this can feel confusing, and we’re actively working on improvements to make the pricing process more transparent.
About the engineered plans, some counties require certified engineering, and those costs are determined by third-party engineers. While these fees are not included in the base building price, we agree that this should be clearer from the start, and we are taking steps to communicate this earlier in the quoting process.
Communication with the installation crew, we apologize for any difficulty caused by the language barrier. Our installers are skilled and dedicated, and we’re continuing to strengthen our communication support to ensure every customer feels fully informed during installation.
