Cost £12 and didn't even dry the car.. not impressed at all..

We appreciate you finding the time to leave us a review.
We do have clear signs at the entrance to our car wash to state what each of our 3 wash options include. Unfortunately, we don't offer to dry cars for our drive in car wash where you don't have to book, as this would cause others a delay and would potentially need another member of staff on busy days which would increase our costs further and this would reflect on our car wash prices, maybe worth considering in the future though.
If it suits you better, you can pre book an appointment online for our more detailed wash services (Maintenance & Decontamination) using the link below which both include the vehicle being dried..

The interior of my car was in a really awful state and when I got it back, it was like collecting a brand new car. I honestly don’t know how these guys do it. Cannot thank them enough. They worked miracles!

Have used Highland Valeting for interior and exterior cleans of my van, also used both their mobile service and at their site. Everytime has been excellent, the guys are on time, do a great job and are professional.

Highland Valeting did an absolutely amazing job on our car!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Our poor car has been a bit of a workhorse in its 6 1/2 year life in a rural area. I've tried cleaning the carpets but they're like velcro and hold onto every blade of grass and grit.
Highland Valeting obviously have the kit, the know how and the dedication to get it done.
I can honestly say that the interior is as good, if not better than when we bought it new.
Outside is super sparkly too.
We were both honestly quite stunned and very pleased.
And to top it off, they are lovely, cheerful chaps too!
We will definitely be back. (Sorry guys, we will return, with our hopefully less filthy car, next time).

Messaged last minute for a full valet. They very kindly managed to fit me in, were prompt with the service and so polite.
Most importantly, it is the best valet I’ve had. Absolutely immaculate job, with great attention to detail. So happy with it. Thanks again guys

After I picked up my new van from a main dealer in Leicester it turns out the dealer did NOT valet the vehicle and was in an absolute state, Sweeties, lego parts left everywhere, they even used black spray paint on the carpets!! so I had Highland Valeting sort it for me and it looks amazing, carpets steam cleaned, ceramic coated, it looks brand new, these guys do an amazing job and definitely worth going to see if you need a proper job done, I have used them for my personal car before which was ana amazing job too, Highly recommend these guys for sure, hands down the best in Inverness for a proper job and well priced too. Cheers Guys
