Alex is a highly experienced guide who is passionate about sharing Scotland with visitors from around the world. While many guests enjoy his guiding style, we recognise that regional Scottish accents can sometimes be more difficult to understand, particularly for those travelling from overseas. We're glad that Alex was able to provide written information when concerns were raised, although we're sorry that this did not fully address the difficulties you experienced.
