My Mom was admitted to the hospital in March and then an inpatient hospice unit. She started to get a little better in hospice and within a week we were told that she no longer qualified to be at the inpatient hospice and that we needed to transfer her either home or to another facility; in addition, we would be charged $1,000 per day for each day my Mom remained there. Since my Mom could not go home in her condition, we needed to find a place for her super fast. I honestly don’t know what my Dad and I would have done in this nightmare situation if Adrienne from Higher Vision had not reached out to me. She is truly an angel on Earth. As time was of the essence, she took my Dad and I on tours of three assisted living facilities right away that would be the right fit for my mom (my Mom suffers both from a physical ailment and schizophrenia) and guided us through the entire process with expertise, devotion, and compassion. We were able to relocate my Mom to a beautiful assisted living facility with hospice care in record time. What initially was an extremely challenging and overwhelming time for us was made far less stressful and more manageable because of Adrienne. She continues to check in with me to see how my Mom and all of us are doing. Thank God for her. If you are in need of placement assistance for your loved one, I urge you to contact Higher Vision. Being introduced to Marshall has proven to be one of most of the most meaningful and important introductions in recent memory. I was facing an impossible situation with a family member who was Baker actd and being pushed out the Behavioral unit. No one wants a patient after they’re Baker’d and Marshall spent 30 minutes with me on a Sunday morning after I was approaching a level of hopelessness. He was unusually kind, thoughtful and caring. He was able to get my family member placed within 2 days where he is flourishing. I’ll never forget what he meant to me at that time and what he continues to be.

In December 2025, our loved one was admitted to a rehabilitation center for the second time following an unfortunate fall. My brother and I were very happy with Higher Vision Health Group. We found Marshall to be professional and empathetic to our situation with mom. As a physician, I know how stressful this process can be for families as I went through it first hand. Placing a parent into an assisted living facility was a difficult and painful decision. Marshall was available at all hours of the day by phone, text and helped with communication with the hospital and placement facilities. He even helped us furnish mom’s new apartment! Marshall gave us excellent advice, was able to pivot when the time came and helped negotiate a good deal with the assisted living facility of our choice. He will continue to stay involved and follow up on mom’s progress since I live out of state and continues to stay in contact with us.
