We've used High Demand's services a handful of times now. Duct cleaning, fireplace maintenance / glass replacement and a new hot water tank install. Not only do their technicians do great work, but their customer service is next level. When our hot water tank broke, I emailed them early in the morning, they got back to me almost instantly and had a tech (Alex) at our house before noon and our tank got replaced right away. They give unbelievable service at great prices. I highly recommend making them your go to guys!

The pilot light in my 30 year old gas firplace was not lighting. The courteous service man came and took a look. He found that one part was faulty and promptly replaced it. I'm totally satisfied.

Fair pricing for brand name Daikin Heat Pump system; Alex the manager was responsive and patiently answered our questions over 2 pre-install visits; the tech Tarandeep was friendly, communicated well and worked hard over 2 days to install; 3 weeks after initial install the heat stopped working so within 1 week of my service request, the repair was fixed (the connection in electrical box was loose). I recommend High Demand Heating.

My experience with High Demand Heating Ltd has consistently been exceptional. They helped coax a couple of extra years out of my old furnace and then installed a new furnace when the time came. They also installed an AC unit along with the furnace. My old hot water tank suddenly died and High Demand Heating were able to provide the expert installation of a brand new tankless water heater the same day I called ensuring I was not left without hot water. They have always been prompt, professional, friendly, and provide an exceptionally high level of service. Alex and his staff are very skilled and go above and beyond when providing service.

On December 23rd our 14 year old natural gas furnace stopped working, right in the middle of a cold snap. Alex, from High Demand Heating, responded promptly. His diagnosis was insightful and thorough. We ended up purchasing a new Trane furnace through his company at an unbeatable price. The installation was excellent by Anoosh, and then Alex returned to our home once again to make sure everything was perfect. Alex's attention to detail, his superior customer service, and overall knowledge of the HVAC industry is outstanding. Full recommendation!!

I had High Demand Heating service two fireplaces. I was billed for both, even though no work was done on one. The working fireplace stopped within 24 hours. I was told the repair would be $55 if I paid the invoice, but after paying, the cost changed to $1,000. I still have no working fireplace since mid-November. Would not recommend.

Hey Karen, both fireplaces were inspected and diagnosed. One was serviced and operational, the other had a confirmed electrical issue pertaining to your home which required an electrician. We returned at no charge when a separate component failed, provided a conditional estimate, and did not apply any unauthorized charges. We stand by our work.
