Battery died on me and my pregnant wife in -3 degree weather, one of the owners (I believe his name was Charles) of the company saw us randomly in a donut shop in Prairie Village. He offered to jump the car for free and had a portable battery unit. He went out of his way in freezing temperatures to help us and didn't want compensation for it. Such a nice person and whenever we need roadside assistance in the future we'll know who to call!

Very prompt, helpful, courteous, during a stressful situation. Called for a flat tire we couldn’t get off and was able to also help jump my car as well. They also took Venmo which was very helpful in that moment. Keeping card in wallet like a membership card!

Flattened a tire on road debris, and were able to get off the highway. I-70, at night, unfamiliar streets, an annoying mist that made the whole episode even less fun... Frank answered the call and saved the day! He was there even sooner than he had promised, explained the steps to get the spare from under the car, aired up the spare and safely changed the tires. We were quickly back on the road. The reasonable price proves that professionalism doesn't have to cost the most. Thank you, Frank!

HHR saved the day! The first tow company my insurance contacted bailed after holding the call for 10 mins, but HHR traveled 45 mins to help me at a small town gas station when I had a punctured tire. He was extremely friendly and professional. He even aired up my spare that I didn't realize was partially flat. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism!

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with H.H.R Roadside Assistance was too good not to share. I was on my way home from work when my car broke down on the side of the highway. It was getting late, I was stressed, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to do.
