After my battery died in the middle of a busy day, H.H.R. Roadside Assistance helped me out quickly. They showed up right on schedule and had the right tools to diagnose and jump-start my car. The technician was respectful, calm, and extremely knowledgeable. It felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. Their professionalism is unmatched in Louisville. This company takes roadside service seriously. They have earned my trust completely.
Charles saved the day! After waiting 2 hours for a tow truck that never showed up, he came within 20 minutes after we talked and was able to get my flat tire replaced in 10 minutes! Very professional and friendly. He even guided me to the closest gas station. Top notch!
Flattened a tire on road debris, and were able to get off the highway. I-70, at night, unfamiliar streets, an annoying mist that made the whole episode even less fun... Frank answered the call and saved the day! He was there even sooner than he had promised, explained the steps to get the spare from under the car, aired up the spare and safely changed the tires. We were quickly back on the road. The reasonable price proves that professionalism doesn't have to cost the most. Thank you, Frank!

HHR saved the day! The first tow company my insurance contacted bailed after holding the call for 10 mins, but HHR traveled 45 mins to help me at a small town gas station when I had a punctured tire. He was extremely friendly and professional. He even aired up my spare that I didn't realize was partially flat. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism!
