Reasonably priced efficient firm highly recommend I needed a damp specialist for a building project I was overseeing and called Henely Damp Proofing they answered my call straight away and were on site the day I requested to survey. Costs were agreed and were very reasonably priced. They gave me some free advice for some other issues around the property which I thought was kind of them. Work was completed and left clean and tidy. Tony the director sponsored me for my charity run for Breast Cancer UK. Brilliant!

Our mother noticed some damp in a small porch that HFAC had repaired the roof with a rubber covering back in 2018. Whilst they were sure the damp was not linked to any split in the roof solution, they came round very quickly to check. It was explained to my mother that the issue was linked to condensation and we were provided with a number of options to resolve, as well as solutions to an existing problem with the main roof. Whilst we are still in the process of deciding how to proceed, we just wanted to write a review as the speed of service,explanation and clarity of the problem so my mother could understand was fantastic. Tony responded very quickly to my enquiry, gave me an accurate quote and his team arrived on time. Did an excellent job cleaning out the gutters, replacing old joints and fitted a new chimney cowl. They did such a good job my neighbour booked them in for the next week. I would not hesitate in using them again. Highly recommended,
