SHOP HERE! The customer service is amazing. I bought a bracelet and had a clasp issue. The customer service call center communicated directly with the store and the entire process was seamless and stress free. Great teamwork and service, thank you!!!!

I had such a lovely experience at Helzberg Diamonds! My associate, Carly, was absolutely wonderful, and Mani also stepped in to help me. I must have tried on at least twenty rings, and throughout the entire experience, they showed nothing but patience, kindness, and reassurance. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Both Carly and Mani were so sweet and genuinely helpful, and their warmth made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the care they put into helping me, and I would definitely recommend.

I had absolutely great service from Nigel. I was in the store one day and when I came back the next he instantly remembered my face right away. He helped me with everything as I was walking throughout the store, telling me facts that would ultimately help my decision of my purchase. I had an amazing experience, if you are buying jewelry, Come here.
