Need to repair Fridge Freezer. I contacted Help Domestics as our fridge freezer was not getting cold even though the fan and pump was working, so thought it must be in need of re gassing. After talking with the engineer it seems that due to the age of the fridge freezer (6 yrs) it would not be possible to regas as un be known to me the pipework corrodes from the inside and it is not possible to replace. So only option is get a new unit, and to look at the best price replacement and not the make. Ours was a Grundig with 5 years warranty, I thought it was a BEKO, but made in Turkey. it seems all fridge freezers are made in same place and then rebadged to suit the price tags. Outstanding service!!! Our tumble dryer began leaking from underneath. I called Michael at 7.30pm to ask if he'd come to look at it. He arrived at noon the next day and effected the repair within 20 mins. A very friendly chap who explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. A very competitive price too. He saved us a fortune as we thought we'd have to buy a new dryer. Many thanks Michael👍

Dishwasher would not switch on. Michael came and quickly found faulty switch. Unfortunately as the dishwasher is over 20 years old and manufacturers policy spare parts are not available. Michael charged a very reasonable fee to find the fault, he also gave very good advice regarding the purchase of a new dishwasher. I am very happy with the service Michael provided even though the dishwasher is going to the scrapheap that's not Michaels fault. I found him to have great product knowledge was friendly & trustworthy. I would recommend anyone who needs appliance repair to contact Michael for honest, straightforward service.
