I can't say enough about the responsiveness of Dr. Gross. I developed a floater on July 2nd. I wasn't sure what it was. I called the office and was scheduled to be seen on July 6 (the office was closed July 3 for the 4th holiday). I started to worry about my symptoms and called on July 3 and spoke with the doctor on call (Dr. Gross). He agreed to see me at the office for an exam (the office was closed) in order to allay my fears. I need to mention that I was a new patient. Thanks, Dr. Gross, for going the extra mile to reassure me.

The overall vibe and attitude of the staff in the front desk is cold and unprofessional. The girl Inforfot her name who I checked in with was stand offish and she gave this attitude that Iwas a burden to her. Not a smile, cold attitude like I was a burden to her. The rest of the girls had similar attitudes
You should sit them down and coach them on client relations otherwise you will lose business because of their attitude!

A very good place to have my eyes checked. I've seen Dr. Gross for years, my glass prescriptions are alway good, and I never had to fix my prescription..

I had a notable impression of Dr. Helm from my first visit. Having a specific disorder, sjogrens, I search for a doctor who is knowledgeable of the latest treatments. Dr. Helm is not only knowledgeable but professional and kind as well. His willingness to listen to a new patient with questions and give answers was reassuring. I know I have found a “best” category ophthalmologist.
