Salesman did a great job of explaining the product and service as well as answering all of my questions. I was contacted ahead of my scheduled install to be sure things were ready and I had no additional questions. The guys doing the install arrived right on time and thoroughly explained what they would be doing, answered any remaining questions and got to work. They worked very efficiently and were done in good time. The install of my garage floor coating looks great. I also felt the price was good. Very satisfied!

The sales process was smooth and transparent with pricing and the process. In advance of installation day they communicated reminders and helpful suggestions thoroughly and often The team that did the install was prompt, efficient and provided details of the install throughout the day. In and out in one day and the floor looks fantastic.

Excellent Customer service and thorough Communication from beginning to end! We didn’t think it was possible this day and time for any company to provide such a positive experience but Hello Garage exceeded all of our expectations! Lauren came out as promised with a detailed step by step presentation and color options for polyaspartic garage floor coatings. We chose our color, paid a deposit, sat a date & everything happened like clock work. The Install crew called 30-40 minutes before arrival on Install day and advised they were on the way. Terry and Wyatt showed up and quickly got to work. Even while working they took the time to answer any questions and explain processes and timelines. We met Brian, the owner that day as well. From Sales to Install and after care, we received Exceptional service from the entire Hello Garage team! Fantastic experience and the floors look great too. (Front porch, back patio and garage floor.) Highly recommend! Thanks HG team!

Hello Garage did a wonderful job! Communication to set up scheduling was prompt and professional. They were willing to accommodate my schedule to complete the job. On the day of the job they were respectful and professional. My garage involved removing the epoxy from a previous company due to poor work. The Hello Garage team of Ty and Tanner did very high quality work, gave clear directions for after care of the floor and cleaned up all mess involved in the process. I highly recommend this team and Hello Garage!

Mert and Alex were a great team for 1.5 days. I have a Ring camera in my garage and got to peak as they worked. They were always hustling…up, down, all around. I love the way the stairs turned out and the slat wall looks great. Sleek finish!

Ty called with an ETA and was here earlier than expected. He got started right away and worked non-stop until the garage floor was covered. He went to lunch while it dried and got right on the clerarcoat. Job was completed, cleaned up and it looks fantastic!! Strongly recommend Ty as he is a true professional and gentleman.

Our patio needed an update after nine years. We contacted Hello Garage and met with Zach at our home. Zach was professional and quoted us a fair price. Six days later Oscar and Joshua were at our home to do the job. They arrived promptly and got busy prepping the patio and fixing a crack and other chips. They were so very meticulous and careful in their work. Four hours later our patio looks incredible. We are so pleased with the end result. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Hello Garage, and especially thank Zach, Oscar, and Joshua.
