I cannot praise Adam, Lauren and Kerry highly enough. They went above and beyond to secure a great mortgage deal for us. We were kept informed constantly throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were extremely friendly and spoke to us as individuals and not just clients An amazing company!

This is my third mortgage with Adam and the team, having done it once myself (never again). Efficient, professional and very friendly. A pleasure. 100% recommend.

Matthew and the Team at Helix have always provided us to best service. They find us the best mortgage offer possible. What makes Helix stand out from the rest in my opinion. - If 1 person is on annual leave there will always be another trusted person who is aware of your account. - They chase up the likes of HTB & Solicitors to make sure you are going to complete on time. Which shows they are going the extra mile - The team never rush you off the phone. No question is a silly question. - They can provide multiple services which we have used from mortgages, sick pay insurance, life insurance and critical illness insurance and I'm sure there are more but they are just the services we used this month. - Quick responses all the time. - It's the 2nd time I have used them and have recommended them many times.I have great trust in the helix team to the point I asked them to check my Solicitors fees looks ok(not that it's there job to) Thank you Mathew your hard work and commitment to your customers is unreal. you have great team around you to. I cannot rate the team at Helix highly enough. I've had a pleasure of knowing Matt for 7 or 8 years and he's been nothing short of amazing in terms of advising and helping obtain mortgages for me which haven't always been straight forward. He's also been endlessly willing to advise me on 2 houses purchases, 1 of which had constant issues - his advice has consistently alleviated my stresses. I've dealt with a lot of people throughout buying houses and Matt is 1 of only 2 people who I can say I truly trust and now consider him a friend! We have used Matt for many years, who has always gone above and beyond for us to secure us the best renewal mortgage rate possible, even when we have been in challenging situations. They are responsive and always happy to explain many different options available to us and the pros and cons with each. We now live in our forever home thanks to their advice and speedy responses, which helped secure our purchase before the stamp duty increased in April 2025, which was especially amazing as it was during an extremely busy time in the house buying/selling market.
