After an initial phone call consultation, Rachael came to our house and explained absolutely everything in terms that we could fully understand from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. Initially, it seemed like a mammoth task and, if honest, it wasn’t something he wanted to think about – but knew that it was important for him and his family. Rachael made the whole thing so easy – asking clear and straightforward questions during a telephone conversation to inform her recommendations, using jargon-free language to ensure that everything was easy to understand, and being extremely patient and easy to deal with, so that it wasn’t in any way a mammoth task after all.
