Friendly customer service. I had gone in for a refresh to my hair color. Colorist Ebz did a brilliant job with recommending what would work best. She did a beautiful job my hair never looked better and she's just a lovely lady. I've booked my next appointment with her already!

Loved my colour by Ebz but blow dry so bad, I washed my hair and restyled it as soon as I got home. Total waste of money. I asked for a bouncey smooth blow dry and got my hair tonged into tight pin curls that curled forward and down not even away from my face. So much hair spray was used I had helmet head. For the price charged if a hairdresser cannot do a smooth blow dry around a barrel brush they should not be working. The one positive was the guy (Sukh) that washed my hair and gave a head massage. He should be working at Nicky Clarke.
Been visiting this Salon for about 4 years. Great staff. I've had my hair done by pretty much all of the stylist. They are all highly skilled and professional. 😍

I got my hair dyed hair with a semi-perm and unfortunately it didn't last longer than a few hours. For me, that was a lot of money down the drain.
I tried to feed this back but after 3 calls and contact forms, I decided that they just weren't interested in getting back to me.
Some staff are so friendly and some are so unfriendly.
I also find the salon chat around certain topics uncomfortable and not politically or racially inclusive.
Hygiene in this salon could be a lot better and so could the value for money.
Would not be returning.
Suhk is very talented. He exceeded my expectation, really loved my hair after he cut it! first time booking and will definitely come back! He was so friendly and accomodating. Thank you so much, Suhk! See you again soon.
