The lady I saw was really helpful. The Wacom my ears was really blocked so it took l three visits to fully clear both ears. It was one payment for all three visits. Will go back if vote. ever be needs be. Hearing now 100%. Great.

I attended Halewood Health Centre to have my ear procedure done and was greeted by a lovely lady (Sam). She explained to me what the issues could be and proceeded to examine me, she did the procedure which was totally painless and the outcome is 100%. I've used HearUBetter three times now and always had excellent service, also recommended to family members who have used the service. I've also used another audiologist in Liverpool for ear suction and whilst good, I've much prefer this place. Hopefully I won't be returning too soon as I hate having blocked ears but when I do, it will be to HearUBetter.

Great service from sam, on the first visit all the wax couldn't be removed because it was too hard but on the second visit all remaining wax cleared,i would recommend hearubetter thanks

Pleased I went to have my ears checked and wax removed . Painless process and procedure explained beforehand . I went on the recommendation of a friend , the only downside is that I can now hear every word my wife says to me ! Thanks Sam 👍
