They did an excellent job trimming trees, cleaning up the yard, and making everything look neat and well-maintained. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure the work was completed exactly as requested. They even offered to trim a few Pin Oak trees that were not included on the quote. The property looked better than it has in years when they were finished. Call in the morning for an estimate. Turns out they were working a job in my area and came right away. Got a great quote and were willing to do the job that day while in the area. Arrive exactly when they said they would, trimmed and shaped several trees and cleaned up the areas so well- hardly knew people or equipment were on site. I highly recommend the brothers- they were prompt, fair price, did a great job and left no mess. I have already referred them to a friend and will not hesitate to call them again when I need additional work done. Such an easy and courteous group of guys to work with. Thanks for better looking trees!!

Amazing customer service! Clayton and his team were able to give me a quick estimate on site and return within a few days to trim the branches along my driveway, remove several trees, and even chop firewood logs for me. Heartwood’s Crew really helped us with a very large cedar tree, a leaning tree and yard waste removal. Called and they came within the same day with an estimate. Lucky for us they were able to come the next day to start the clean up. Very courteous and professional. We would highly recommend them.

Clay came out and gave me a very detailed estimate for work needed on my 2 very large maple trees. After 4 estimates, the price was very reasonable. The men tried to do the work on the windiest day Friday, March 13th but had to stop. They were bright and early the very next morning to do the work as promised. Justin took the time to go over once again what I was expecting to be done on my trees. Very friendly, caring of my property, worked safely and had me to inspect the job once it was completed. I was very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend HEARTWOOD TREE & LAND CARE OF LANCASTER, OH for your tree needs. Sorry I don't have any photos, but my neighbors and passersby did inquire as they usually do when I have work done at my home. Thank you so much for a job well done the first time!

The guys gave a fair bid and monitored the weather to pick a day that was dry so as not to damage the yard. Took a couple large stumps, a few medium sized ones and a bunch of little guys. Showed up on time, did the deal, and cleaned up. Just as planned. Would highly recommend.
