So impressed with the service we received from Jon, Luci and the team at Heartwood Homes. They really went above and beyond throughout our sale and purchase. Very responsive to messages and always available to chat through any issues as they arose. It's a bit of a cliche to say "they're not like other estate agents" but they really aren't! Highly recommend.

Great service all round. We sold our St Albans property through heartwood homes and we are so glad we went with the right estate agent firm. Jon and his team provide a top quality service throughout; right from consulting on how the market the property, right through to completion date. Unfortunately, it transpired that we had an EXTREMELY difficult buyer who had unrealistic expectations. A special thanks to Luci who managed to mediate between all parties involved to get the deal through. I will be recommending Heartwood to friends and family in the local area.

We sold our property with Heartwood homes in July 24. The team worked really hard to help us move home and we're really happy with the service they provided us. The team were friendly and knowledgeable - they helped us with a sale that fell through and achieved an offer that we were happy with and enabled us to move. Jon, Luci, Harry, Will and Emily are very approachable and were always willing to give us their time and advice. We are glad that we chose Heartwood homes over the bigger highstreet firms as our property received individualised attention.

I initially spoke to Jon back in 2020 and had a really positive feeling about him however we ended up listing with a different agent as they had previously sold our property and we were interested in one they were selling. Worst mistake I could've made and I should've gone with my gut, ultimately we decided not to sell at that time but I knew that when we did Jon was the first person I would be calling. Jon was so helpful with the valuation of our property as well as providing vital insight into properties we were looking at in the area. Once the property was on the market Luci, Harry and Will were amazing with the viewings and all the aftercare that followed once we had a buyer. Luci in particular was so proactive when it came to chasing solicitors and making sure we moved towards a completion date. She also had to put up with a lot of my woe is me "This is never going to go through it is all going to go wrong" which I am very appreciative of (Sorry!). I genuinely don't think I've had an experience with an agent that comes anywhere near this (as both a buyer and a seller). They genuinely care about you and your family beyond just making sure the house sells, we cannot thank you enough for the support and hard work.

A year ago, practically to the day! Jon came and valued our house. By the time he left , we knew that despite what the other estate agents valued us at, we wanted Heartwood homes to sell our property. The team were always on hand to answer any questions we had on our sale and always kept us well informed; nothing was too much trouble and they always went above and beyond to meet our needs, with Jon even offering to assist us in finding a property in Scotland if we so wished.
