I have all good things to say about this shop and Bill, the owner and artist. I had a slight piercing emergency the other day when I accidentally knocked my new nose stud out while I was in my car—have yet to find it! Later that day I walked into the shop and told Bill what happened and he took amazing care of my situation. To sum it up, I felt welcome, treated with care, and the place is beautiful and clean. Side note: I don’t have tattoo’s but have a special appreciation for tattoos as my closest loved ones have many. Bill’s gallery is beautiful and I will be recommending anyone looking in the area to check it out.
Bill is amazing! I just got a wrist tattoo done by him. Double checks spelling with clients, super gentle on the skin, guides clients throughout the process (showing all clean packaged and sterilized tools beforehand), and generally is a super cool guy overall. I recommended Heart & Dagger to all my friends looking for both piercings and tattoos :) such a welcoming environment
Walked in last minute and had the best experience! Bill was helpful, kind and patient. He has the best personality and joked around with my friend and I the whole time. He made sure we were comfortable and pleased with our experience and his work is absolutely beautiful. He was so professional and works efficiently. We will 100% be coming back!!
