We are very happy with our new kitchen. It was transformed by Mark & Chris to a kitchen we just love. They were great guys to have in the house working. They seemed to be pretty dang efficient and I have never had a contractor who cleaned up like they did, wow, that was “above & beyond” to me. They really did beautiful work and in the time frame they had given us. Nice guys who do real nice work at a fair price. If there were six stars I’d give ‘em all six.

If we saw anything that needed some attention, most of the time they were already working on it before we even mentioned anything. The quality is great and the professionalism top-notch. Best of all, Mark and Chris are just "GOOD people" something you just don't always get when contracting with a remodeling company.

Mark and Chris finished our basement last month. They did an awesome job. Mark is the most honest person that I have dealt with since moving here from Vegas. I got quotes from 3 different vendors. He gave me the best vibe and I'm glad I went with him. He kept me in the loop with the project. Any time I had a question, he was more than happy to put his work on the side and gave me his full attention. His son, Chris, was the same way. I can't even say enough good things about them. I don't think you can find anyone more and honest and professional than them. They were always on time. The first time I called for him to come out and quote us on the basement, he came right away. They are so busy with all the projects. I'm waiting on them to slow down so they can come work on my kitchen backsplash. I will not use anyone else. Our basement is so beautiful. He put in a living area, a bedroom, and bathroom. I told him what I wanted and he came up with the ideas how to make it beautiful. They are awesome. I don't have anything negative to say about them. After they got done with our project, we miss them coming to see us. They're great people!!!! I would give them a 10 if I could!

Mark just walked out of our house for the last time after finishing our full basement finish. I’m here to tell you that hiring him was the best decision we could have made! + He guided us through every set of the process, presenting many options and stepping up with suggestions for everything from overall design of the space down to the access door that covers our circuit board. + He knew our budget upfront and never swayed from it. There were no “hidden fees,” no surprises, no pressure to upgrade. When he shopped and he found things on sale, he excitedly would present the option, letting us know it was now “in our price range.” + He presented clear timelines and expectations, and often surpassed both. + Mark and his son were pretty much just a general joy to be around. We liked having them here. Every subcontractor he brought into our house was respectful, timely, friendly, thorough, and detailed. + He finished the job in 5.5 weeks. Less than six weeks (!) for drywall, an egress window, plumbing, electric, flooring, finishes. Someone was working every single day, making sure we were moving forward on this job. Heartland Remodeling LLC came highly recommended by friends and family, and, within minutes, it was easy to see why. The caliber of work — from the blueprint to the clean up — was absolutely extraordinary. They are the bar we will measure anyone against from here on out. (Although we likely would just hire them again and again, for any job.)

We recently had our Master Bathroom remodeled by Mark and Chris of Heartland Remodeling. The finished product not only met our expectations but exceeded them both in price and craftsmanship as well Mark and Chris both have upbeat personalities which created a bond of trust between us while they were in our home. They took away the stress and frustration of a project like this. We will be definitely be using them again.
