I received a welcome text that Ben was on his way and he arrived inside the window of time predicted. Although the routine Fall check up brought bad news of an aging system, showing signs of deterioration and potential, serious problems, Ben did a good job of explaining several solutions.
Brent did a great job of explaining what was occuring with my blower. And how to adjust if I have problems again. He was very personable, thorough and efficient; didnt waste time but still gave me ènough time to answer my concerns! Thank you Brent!

The technician came out and did a great job servicing our fireplace. He did a great job explaining all questions and showed me how to clean the glass on the fireplace. The process of choosing, purchasing and installing a mini split was easier than I could have imagined. Marc came to our site and gave us information that helped us decide on a mini split for our workshop. He followed through with an estimate within days and it was installed within the week. The installers were courteous, efficient, and friendly. It was done quickly and Marc came out for the final inspection. Thank you again! This has made my workshop a bearable place to work during Iowa summers and winters.
My first experience with Heartland Heating & Cooling was a great success! I've been trying out various HVAC companies to find a good fit going forward, and some of them have outright tried to scam us. Marc with Heartland was very professional and provided us with a detailed quote, plus the crew that performed our service was also professional and did a great job. We will be using them from now on for our HVAC needs.
