I recently saw Rachel for an annual review. The pre visit questionnaire was very helpful in providing a focus for the review and Rachel was extremely thorough throughout the review itself. For me, appropriate follow-up adjustments and checks are crucial to maintaining the best hearing experience and the focus on my needs at the Hearing Healthcare Centre Centre far exceeds any experience I had before at one of the nationally known providers.
Such a great service. Dan is so understanding with our 86 year old Dad, that he actually enjoys going to see him ! I can't recommend them highly enough. Always responsive, knowledgeable, and through their efforts, day to day life with Dad has improved massively. No longer going hoarse !!

I have used Hearing Healthcare for many years and have been happy to benefit from their remarkable expertise, patience, courtesy, and efficiency . Daniel (and Chris before him) has provided outstanding service, going to considerable lengths to try to solve my severe hearing problems and has taken a personal interest, way beyond what could reasonably be expected.
Unlike some audiological providers whose main interest is to sell a product, there has never been the slightest pressure, and it has been possible to trial several systems, even rejecting them all, at no cost.
I can highly recommend this exemplary service with complete confidence.
