Overall, they were amazing from start to finish! Even before confirming anything, I had a consultation with the doctor to go over my concerns so they could recommend the exact checks I needed — super reassuring, honest, and professional. When we arrived, everything moved quickly but never felt rushed. The team was organised, thorough, and genuinely cared about getting to the root of my concerns. We had all my checks and results done all in one day, and when we mentioned we were still unsure about a few things, they arranged for us to come back to go through everything properly. They even had us seen in another department without adding any extra costs to our package, which shows how trustworthy and patient focused they are. They managed to give me a diagnosis which I hadn’t been able to get back home, and even now that I’m not in the country, they’re still available whenever I have questions. They’ve been quick, reliable, and always honest — I truly felt looked after every step of the way. So with that being said I would highly recommend them !

My husband had a full medical here and was very impressed with the professionalism and level of care that he recieved. If he had not had this experience we would not have been aware of the conditions it has highlighted and can now recieve the help he needs at home. Dr Mehemt was outstanding and we are able to liase with him from UK. A excellent company would hughly reccomend.

We went for an MRI scan to establish the cause of my husbands tongue and mouth co-ordination problems that came on suddenly. Excellent service including free transport to and from the hotel. We were escorted by a translator throughout. The first MRI was inconclusive so we were referred by Mehmet MD radiologist and founder for a second opinion by a professor and second MRI. We also had a Doppler ultrasound scan. All images given to us on CD/emailed with a translated report to take home within a few days. There were no additional costs despite the second scan and second opinion. We were so appreciative of the kindness and support shown to us throughout the whole experience. Thank you so much to the team. We can’t praise you highly enough. 🙏🏼

I don’t usually write long reviews, but these guys truly deserve a shout-out. I was living in Turkey when some health issues came up, and finding the right doctor on my own was slow and confusing. The Healing Journey team have been absolutely amazing. They were very professional, helpful and they sincerely care about the patient. Unfortunatelly, I previously had a very bad medical experience in another hospital - I was overcharged, and the operation preformed was not done right. I wish I had met the Healing Journey Team earlier. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking medical advice, help and guidance. They take you by the hand, translate, help you get your documents in order and ensue you are not being overcharged and treated correctly.
