Denise is very knowledgeable and does a great job of sharing the information. This was the most all-encompassing cpr/first aid course that I have ever taken. I have taken several cpr/first aid classes over the years and this is really the first time that I feel prepared to take the lead in many different types of emergencies. I highly recommend Healing Hearts Safety Services for any type of emergency preparedness training.

I called Denise on a Sunday and she scheduled me for the next class, that Monday! Her ability to go above and beyond to educate is phenomenal!! She didn't hesitate to give her class hand washing etiquette, Narcan administration demos, mental health and substance abuse resources and demonstrated professionalism throughout. Not to mention we left her class with a goodie bag complete with a "safe rx bottle," drug deactivation and disposal bags, fentanyl & xylazine test strips. I have to admit, in all of my years of being CPR, 1st Aid and AED trained, I have NEVER experienced a class this full of life saving skills!! Thank you Denise Harris.

Our instructor, Denise, was phenomenal. She was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging with our staff. She ensured everyone understood exactly what to do in various emergencies and situations utilizing both first aid and CPR. She also did active shooter training. Our staff is now more confident than ever in knowing what to do when an emergency arises. I loved the fact she provided training at our office at times that worked for our team.
