Kim in office promptly returned my phone call and scheduled me for my ring camera and router troubleshooting. Stanley arrived as promised in the time frame given. He immediately diagnosed my router issue and made the appropriate adjustment. Would use them again as they are professional and efficient.m

I was happy that I found HDSS and had the pleasure of working with Harry, who replaced our old outdated system that was installed. He really made my wife, and I feel comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about HDSS!
I first worked with them back in 2021 when I was building my house. They installed all of the wiring for my TVs and security cameras at a very reasonable rate and gave me the flexibility to take my time with decisions. They spent a lot of time walking through where I wanted each camera placed, and their professionalism and patience really stood out.
Then in 2024, I brought them in for my business location in West Palm Beach to update a security system that had originally been installed in 2017 by another company. Even though they didn’t do the original installation, the entire process was flawless. They helped me add cameras in new areas, made great recommendations, and again were extremely flexible and easy to work with.
Most recently, we’ve been working with them on updating an old 2015 system at my parents’ house, as well as adding new cameras at my own home. They’ve walked us through every step of the process — from choosing the right equipment to installation planning — with so much patience and care.
Harry and Kim are absolutely amazing. They are kind, patient, and genuinely helpful, which is so important in their field because most people (myself included) don’t know the ins and outs of wiring and security technology. They explain everything clearly, give smart recommendations, and never use pressure tactics. On top of that, their pricing is extremely fair for the level of service and quality they provide.
We’ve now used HDSS for both personal and commercial projects, and every single experience has been exceptional. I truly can’t recommend them enough!

All I can say is “Why did I wait this long to find HDSS?!” I’ve been dealing with internet connectivity issues for the past 10 years at our home in Parkland.
We had a typical home with one unique feature that led to our challenges. We have a detached garage that’s finished as a living space, maybe 15 feet from the house. Inside we have a TV and Sonos system that just buffers constantly. One of our Orbi mesh routers is just on the other side of the front door that’s close to the garage. Again, maybe 15 feet away. The house is concrete block with impact glass - getting a reliable signal through the main house and through the garage (block and impact) is the issue. We’ve tried every type of mesh system and upgraded our service to fiber. I’ve spent lot of time and a lot of money trying to solve the issue.
Harry and the HDSS team knew exactly what to do and what equipment I needed and found a permanent solution in just a handful of hours. I speed tested in the garage and it is exactly the same as the main router. Highly recommend, wish I did this sooner!
