I have experienced a few different physical therapy locations and this one is it! The care you receive is one on one. You are not a number. The team is thoughtful, Knowledgeable and personable. immediately you are put it ease and the time goes quickly because you’re actually having a good time and learning about the needs of your body. The front desk staff is so kind, friendly and really knows how to work with your insurance payments, etc. no unexpected billing. I highly recommend!

I came to H&D PT with a hip issue, convinced surgery was inevitable. I was nervous and had largely resigned myself to going under the knife. By my third session, that changed — and Teddy is the reason why. Teddy is methodical, knowledgeable, and thoughtful about getting to the root cause of pain. He combines targeted exercises with creative, sometimes unconventional approaches, backed by deep expertise in the hip and back. More than anything, he made me feel less scared and less alone in the process. I don't think I would have recovered without him. He gave me focused, one-on-one attention and built a program I actually committed to and followed through on. Also, Patrick and the entire front desk team were warm, welcoming, and wonderful from day one. Clean facility, kind staff, exceptional care. I can't recommend H&D PT — and Teddy especially — highly enough.

My physical therapist, Thomas J Dinota is amazingly talented and creative. He knows the body really well, and can prescribe the best exercises to meet your needs. I use the word creative because he understands. How to strengthen the muscle areas that are at the root of the pain or discomfort. Our work on balance was really helpful as well. I have become stronger, and more devoted to my workouts. I highly recommend him! Ann S.
