HBTC has honestly been such a big help to me. They helped me build up my skills and were always really supportive and friendly. Any time I needed help or had a question, they were there. With their guidance, I managed to get an apprenticeship, which I’m so grateful for. I’d definitely recommend HBTC to anyone who needs support or a bit more of direction, they really do care and make the whole process so much easier.

My tutor Sedaf has been a great help, not only has she been knowledgeable when I have questions about the coursework, but she also is a friendly face I can trust. Big thanks to Steve too as he has been great on the lesson and revision calls, making sure I understand everything. If anyone is looking for a smooth and rewarding apprenticeship HBTC is a great option.

I completed my Level 2 & Level 3 Apprenticeship with Hull Business Training Centre in 2016 and I received a lot of support with my NVQ qualifications and the training centre provided a foundation to enable me to progress within my role. I recommend anybody to undertake an Apprenticeship with HBTC as the support and guidance that you receive is excellent and very thorough.

I have had the best experience doing my Level 3 Business Admin with HBTC, the staff are so welcoming and supportive making me feel comfortable at all times. I want to thank my assessor Adam for helping me through my course, he was there supporting me at all times providing expert knowledge whilst tailing it to how i learn. He is so understandable and patient but also stern in ensuring the work is done on time. I gained a distinction qualification but honestly couldn't have done it without Adam. I would 100% recommend HBTC to anyone looking for a new qualification.
