I have recently used Hawsons in Sheffield who have dealt with a particularly complicated share buy back tax issue on my behalf. The service and advice I have received from both Stephen Charles and Charlotte Owen has been excellent. This was a very diffcult case and they were both able to come up with a solution that worked for all parties. I would highly recommend Hawsons and in particular Stephen Charles and Charlotte Owen.

The company I work for have engaged with Hawsons for Auditing services since financial year end 20/21 and we have appointed them again for this year to complete our audit at our Sheffield office. As a company, we are highly satisfied with how easy they are to work with. From Initial contact and conversations, the team at Hawsons Chartered Accountants have guided our 58-year-old Business through the thought process, concerns, best fit considerations, decision and ultimately the transition to an Employee Ownership Trust. At all times they took great care and time to deal with concerns and explanations of how things work and we certainly do not have any reservations that we chose the right partner to take us on the transition journey to EOT. If you’re thinking about EOT, I would recommend without reservation, an initial conversation with the Hawsons team to explore the subject further.
