Highly recommend using this tour company for your Road to Hana experience. We were picked up on time and in a comfortable, air conditioned luxury van for our tour. Doug was an enthusiastic and informative guide, sharing his knowledge and personal experiences along the way. The food was good and beverages available along the way. We made several stops along the tour including two swim stops and stops for local food and wares. It is a long day so make sure you’re ready for an early start to the day. A pricey day overall but definitely worth a guided tour versus renting a car and doing the drive yourself.

My husband and I had driven the road to Hana about 12 years ago. However, this trip I made with my two teenage grandchildren. I was a little skeptical about driving myself but concerned the teenagers might find a tour boring. They absolutely loved the tour! Our guide was Brandon and he did an excellent job of providing information along the way and giving the younger generation tips on the Black Sand Beach and jumping from the waterfall, including the safest way to reach the swimming hole! All the passengers on our tour agreed that this was a great way to see the sights and not worry about driving. The lunch was delicious and Brandon had some great stories to share!

Road to Hana a little pricey BUT SO WORTH THE PRICE!!!!! I can’t say enough about this class act tour company. Comfort, courtesy knowledge and just a wonderful tour. Small groups. Brandon was our guide and he was an exceptional driver and extremely knowledgeable, besides being just a very nice person. The owner is a very nice man who cares about his customers. Don’t hesitate to book this tour, you will not be sorry.

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and decided to go on the road to Hana tour. Choose Hawaiian Style tours and they did not disappoint. Brandon was an amazing tour guide. Full of knowledge and amazing happy energy. Taught me and my wife so much we felt like locals. The food was amazing too. The owner Doug was a great guy, friendly and professional. Guys got a big heart too made us feel like family and added a great memory to our honeymoon. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend Hawaiian style for your tour needs!!

I am not sure if my expectations were wrong, but disappointed especially for the cost. Use this as you see appropriate. 1. 11 adults is tight. You either cram 4 in the back row. Or the single rider is barely able to see. 2. Signed up for full circle. Got a down and back. Big hype about Hona.. and we drove through it. We selected your company based on our conversation with you about the tour. 3. Saw the sights but with the expectation of 4 stops including lunch .. they were drive bys and picture opportunities were limited or from the inside of the van window. 4. Lunch: Fried fish prepared in advance was disappointing. Soggy.Worst meal We’ve had on any excursion 5. When you called, if we switched it sound like you were going to be our driver. Positives. Van was nice and clean. Brandon was an excellent driver and enjoyed the conversation. With thw exception of lunch stop, we enjoyed the stops, limited. Melissa is passionate.. but talks a lot, sometimes in circles.. she can make a long trip longer.

Excellent tour. Doug is great and very knowledgeable. He grew up in Hana and is able to take you to and tell you a lot of history. Take this tour well worth every dollar. Thank you Doug for a great tour.

We did the Circle Tour. But due to construction could not 'do the circle'. But we took some other highland route and did much of the Road to Hana and back. Doug was a great guide. He told us many things about the area since he grew up in the Hana area. The bus was great and plenty of rest stops. I highly recommend Hawaiian Style Tours.

There was unpredictable glitch with road construction so unable to go to HANA. There were many points driver should have allowed passengers to get out and take photos. Constantly driving and few points for viewing. At turtle site passengers were given little time to view and this is where a private car took Ben and myself to Sheraton. We definitely did not get what we paid for. Truthfully passengers should be reimbursed partially for this tour.
