Thanks for leaving a review. We are not aware of any situations like this with customers, and you didn’t put your name in the review so it’s difficult to comment on the authenticity of this, or provide any counter information.

Forgive me if I’m wrong, but you state you rarely leave negative reviews but the profile has only posted 1 review ever and it is to us, and by recommending another company at the end it does not feel authentic. I note that we actually have more 5 star reviews than other companies locally, and get regular good feedback for our aftercare. It feels like there is a possibility this is posted by a jealous competitor.

If you are in fact a genuine customer, then i apologise, and request that you please reach out to us so we can help. We do take feedback like this very seriously and pride ourselves on being the best. So if we can improve in anyway, please do talk to us with some constructive feedback.

We are not saying we are perfect, no company is, but we are pretty good at rectifying any errors and we do genuinely care about doing a good job. We have a full time service engineer called Tom, and a service manager called Nigel who are put in place to make sure customers get good, dedicated after-service and feel heard.

We guarantee all our work for 10 years and always answer the phone or reply to emails if you need us :)
