By mistake we contacted Haus Installations regarding a quote for a pair of doors we required to replace a wooden door that was rotting and we are pleased we did. Every contact was professionally dealt with from completed quote, survey, installation and final inspection. Special mention to the 2 man installation team (whose names I forget) and today's inspection by Service Engineer Tom. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

We recently had a new front door put in along with a replacement door on our garage. Haus installations were professional from the starting process all the way up to the installation. Our initial consultation with Molly helped us quickly settle on a modern design and her pitch assured us that Haus were the company to go with. On the day of the installation Ant and Alan were on time and professional throughout. They worked incredibly efficiently, ripping out our two doors and replacing them in less than a few hours. They left the place spotless once they were done and took all the waste with them.

From the initial knock at the door introducing Haus to me, all the way through to installation and completion, we have been delighted with Haus service and products. After installation we had a couple of minor 'snagging' issues and these have been dealt with very efficiently too. I would highly recommend Haus.

Huge thanks to Lewis and Louie - fantastic installation team, turned up exactly on time, were very friendly and respectful of my property. Job completed in a couple of hours and no mess left. What a company. From the quote to the last finishing touch. Whole process easy and smooth. Installation took 2 hrs and it was done with excellent care. Lewis and Louie both very friendly and informative during and after installation. We found our exact doors scrolling through Instagram with full parts description in bio. Fantastic service from start to finish! The team are incredibly friendly and professional. Tom, the Service Engineer, is absolutely brilliant, nothing is ever too much trouble for him. He’s extremely knowledgeable in what he does, takes real pride in his work, and genuinely cares about the customer. Everything he does is done to perfection. Alan & Ant were on time, polite, tidy & professional throughout & always happy to answer any questions I had. The product & finish look really good, the chaps tidied up really well before they left. A really good job from start, with Molly & Emily being in design & contact, Jay in the survey & discussing what was entailed & recommended & as already stated, Alan & Ant in delivery. We just await a small section of plaster repair to top the job.

Door installed by Haus in August 2024. Beautiful door but more importantly for this review - a professional and flawless fitting from start to finish. 14 months later and the door was catching slightly when trying to close (which is normal to see some minor movement in the first 18 months with such a heavy security door that we chose!) and Haus came out on the same day (1 hour later in fact!) and tightened it up and perfect again. The man doing the job was particularly lovely and polite too. That's why you go for a proper company like Haus. Would not even consider going to anyone else for any garage, window or door stuff in the future.

2nd Update Now had a Composite door fitted by Tim and AJ Lovely job. The guys were pubctual, friendly and really efficient. Once again I'm delighted with the whole service. UPDATE Now installed Great job Danny and Jaydon worked so hard, the installation is really neat, they cleaned up every scrap of ld windows and took them away and the new windows look amazing. Thank you everyone Not had installation yet but service so far has been great. I called with initial enquiry, got an appointment for the next. Molly came, measured up, worked a quote out there and then, was professional and informative about bith product and company including showing a cross section of the actual window construction. Am looking forward to the next stages and installation.
