Agent wasn't informative during the viewing and luckily we had the help of our own hired agent to deal with communication. We asked the agent about the allotted parking space and whether it is in the garage, to which he replied yes. On move-in, the parking space given was outdoors and told it's not bad since it's winter. When you've been told one thing and have those expectations, this leads to a terrible client experience when it's not met. Hopefully this doesn't reflect the whole of haus and haus, but its not a good first experience.
