Poor Property Management Property Management throughout our tenancy has been quite frankly appalling. Maintenance issues have taken longer than expected & in one case we have had to go to the RERA dispute office to ensure that one of the issues was resolved that ultimately resulted in us paying a fee to resolve. We are in the last 10 days of our tenancy & now our key cards have been deactivated meaning we are unable to lock the apartment front door when leaving on a daily basis. This issue has been outstanding for the last few days.

I’m incredibly grateful to Charlie for his outstanding support in helping me find my home in Dubai. Despite the very short notice I gave him, he made the time to meet me and personally show the property. His willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out; he didn’t hesitate for a moment and ensured I could see the home without any hassle. I deeply appreciate his dedication and professionalism throughout the process. The only small delay I experienced was with the gas line activation.As I was not aware about it. It would be wonderful if he could provide a simple checklist or guide for first-time renters in Dubai, as that would make the entire process even smoother and more reassuring for newcomers.

Be very cautious and read every detail in the contract. Our experience with this company turned out to be extremely frustrating. After moving out, we left the apartment in good condition and expected our deposit to be returned without any issues. However, the company is now refusing to return the deposit without any clear explanation. It feels like they deliberately look for reasons to keep your money and mislead their clients. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend dealing with this company.
