Went to four cross inn in Cannock last night ( Saturday 1st November) our team leaders were Claire and Sonia who were amazing . Had a very active night . Only one bit disappointed me and Liz ( personal decision ) at the end when we had an hour to our selves to go of exploring we both wished we had been offered a leader if you wished to go and do another activity like the ouija board, but apart from that 5*** experience
I went to the hunt on the 25th of October at Bron y Gareth. I really enjoyed it, Chris was our guide he was lovely. Another worker who was really nice and funny was Dr Nik he was awesome! Everyone was amazing though. It was really interesting and really well run, we had a lot of things happened really and it was a good experience I’m glad i came with these guys for my first time. I’d definitely book again x
Visited Galleries of Justice with you guys, I was keen to go back having been to the venue once before. All of the organisers were friendly, especially Kate who was in charge of our group. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She conducted experiments which the company who I usually follow don't do, some I agree with and like the concept of, I can't be doing with the Ouija board though.
Nonetheless I still had a great time! With us being able to explore an additional area that I hadn't been in before. Personally, I found more activity when it was free roam session and I was in a smaller group of people. Now that HHEL are on my radar I will keep a look out for another event to attend.
The only thing bad thing I would say is that there wasn't any snacks. I know it isn't a given, however it would have been nice to have a little something for a pick me up. It's no major issue though.
We went to East drive a few months ago. Activity was unbelievable, so much more than we could have asked for. Booked again for November, hosts were amazing too, they were very honest, we saw some shining & shadow through the kitchen window when everyone was in the living room & we were informed that you can sometimes see car headlights through that window. When me & the wife were in one of the bedrooms alone, she had the earphones on, I was asking the spirit/spirits questions. It said ‘sphynx cats’ we have sphynx cats. Nobody would know that. We love East drive, Haunted houses events are definitely the best & make your experience the best it can be. Can’t wait to be back in November. It’s my birthday a couple of days after so it’s my birthday hunt this time. Hopefully it’ll be as active as the first time 🤞🏻
Very poor customer service lets this company down.
Went on a ghost hunt, paid for 4 hours, had 3 hours and event ended, had a half hour/40 mins (unnecessary) break in that time so probably had 2.5 hours investigating at best. Asked why in 3 emails and on the contact page and completely ignored.
I’m not after any refund or anything, just an explanation.
I’ve been on many hunts, with various companies but couldn’t help but feel deflated after this one. Will avoid in future
Another night at the Secret Nuclear Bunker and another amazing experience with Haunted Houses Events, especially with our group host Jess.
I've been to the bunker several times now and each time something new comes through, whether that's in the form of a message on a Ouija board or glass divination, in terms of activity you'll never have two nights the same.
The one thing that does stay consistent is the amazing work that Jess, Kate and Simon put in to make sure everyone has an unforgettable experience. They are a real credit to the company, and are three of the loveliest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting.
I'll never book with a different company, it is thanks to them that I have invested in my own equipment and have taken the leap into the world of ghost hunting.
If you're unsure of booking, go for it. You won't regret it.

Just completed a ghost event at 30 East Drive, Pontefract (28th March). It was a brilliant night led by two excellent members of staff who made everyone feel welcome and relaxed. Would definitely recommend Haunted Houses Events.

We spent valentines night investigating Pen-Y Lan Hall, so not your normal romantic evening! We both had a great time, investigating a very cold, dark but quirky Hall. Donna and Laura were great host and the people in our team made our experience a really good one!

Me and my partner attended caldicot castle well... what an amazing night!!
I have done my fair share of ghost hunts with different companies and by far this is the best company I have used! Great knowledge on ghost hunting and equipment, very well organised and staff were brilliant.
We had Katherine who was our host and she was amazing! The night was wild with alot of activity through the equipment wil definitely be coming back to this venue and already looking at the other venues this company has to offer.
If it is your first time or your experienced this is definitely the company to with!
Recommend highly!!! 5* PLUS!!!!

Have tried emailing, phoning , whats app and not once did you answer. My wife has been hospitalised today and I needed to get in contact with you regarding our booking. I'm actually now thinking haunted house events are a scam and just take your money.
