We had a fantastic experience at Hatton Garden Diamonds and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We dealt with Swilly, who was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful throughout. He took the time to help us choose some special pieces to celebrate a milestone, and nothing felt rushed or overly formal. As an extra touch, he even had my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band cleaned so they looked their best alongside the eternity ring we were buying. A really thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. The only downside is that Swilly is a Spurs fan… but thankfully the Toon won 2–0, so we’ll let that one slide! 😂 Great service, lovely people and a really enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back.

I have nothing but the absolute best to say about the team. It was Mitch initially who diligently explained everything diamonds to me and my then-girlfriend (now fiancé) even when we weren’t really in the immediate market for it. We didn’t feel out of place at all, and he took the time to answer all our questions and see everything we wanted to see. Fast forward to half a year, and once I was actually in the market for an engagement ring, I went to all the main jewellery stores there are in the country, but came back to Hatton Garden Diamond for the big purchase. Shahina is the most excellent associate there is. I had a very specific ring idea and they were able to execute that theory of a ring into reality. I also particularly enjoyed how prompt she was with her responses, both in person and via email. Even after the purchase, my fiance and I are going back to discuss engraving, servicing, wedding bands, and insurance advice. All in all, I’m completely sold as them being my go-to jewellers from this point onwards.

He is extremely knowledgeable, articulate and charming, making the whole experience completely smooth and reassuring.
