I cannot recommend Hatton Garden Diamond any higher! The service was absolutely exemplary and the quality of the ring they produced was incredible. Mitchell led me through the entire process, providing me with a comprehensive breakdown of various stones and their qualities. His expert knowledge really helped guide me through the process of picking the right stone and designing the ring. He gave me lots of advice, and couldn’t have been more helpful. My fiancé absolutely loves the ring they made for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful for all of their help. I’ve visited a number of other dealers in Hatton Garden, and can say with confidence Hatton Garden Diamond are the best by some distance.

After having my first engagement ring stolen a week before the planned proposal, I had a very limited amount of time to get myself a replacement ring. When I was looking at the rings outside Swilly approached to offer some help and after explaining the situation I was in he couldn’t have been more understanding. We spoke about the design, shape size etc to see what he could do to get the ring I needed, which we managed to do very quickly and without hesitation. All of the team in store on the day were amazing and my overall experience couldn’t have been better. I couldn’t recommend this jewellers any more and I’ll certainly be returning for the wedding bands - thankfully she said yes😅

I recommend without reservation. Swilly made what might have been a daunting task a thoroughly enjoyable one. The whole team were extremely friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable and made the process very easy. They thoroughly deserve their 5 star review and would use them again without hesitation.
Booked an appointment for Saturday. Travelled 2 hours to get there. We arrived on time and there was no one to even greet us or even a waiting area. Just stood there looking at 8 people serving others. Promptly left after not being acknowledged for 5 mins. Abysmal.
