Good Experience with the team I m a travel person and prepare all my travel plan on my own. However for Kashmir I didn't had much time hence outsourced to Hasnlay Kashmir. I was skeptical about this trip as this travel includes my parents who are 70+ , had loads of confusion in my mind. Spoked, discussed with my Tour Operator Mr. Muntazir lateef . I got all my queries sorted . He is extremely efficient in providing the service and took personalized care throughout my trip. Hotels were excellent.But yes there is always a scope of Improvement . And for them it was the transport that needs more attention. Driver's should be more cooperative and should guide the customer's in terms of timings, road conditions etc.Overall I and my family had a Nice experience with them
