These folks were very responsive and met with me personally to discuss their work before and after it was completed. I expressed some concerns regarding disrupting the character of my older home, so they were able to complete their work without making changes that weren't absolutely necessary. I found that to be the best part of my interaction with them. I plan on doing additional work with them in the future on a second phase of crawlspace work that would complete what needs to be completed at my home.
