When we had decided to change our 20 year old wooden fence it was easy decision to reach out to Harrison fence ! They had installed our neighbors fence and we saw quick efficient work so it was no hesitation. Adam provided great consultation , measured and answered all our Questions .

We purchased all the materials for our vinyl fence project from this company, including the gate hardware (latch and handles). While the main materials were delivered, the gate hardware we paid for was NOT included in the delivery.
When we contacted them, instead of resolving the issue, they blamed us—suggesting that we either lost the items or that our contractor made a mistake during installation and didn’t inform us. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
We carefully checked everything upon delivery, and the hardware was never provided. Rather than taking responsibility or even investigating properly, they dismissed our concern and showed no willingness to help.
Customer service matters, especially when customers are spending a significant amount on materials. Unfortunately, this company chose to deflect responsibility instead of supporting their customer.
I would strongly recommend double-checking your order upon delivery and being cautious when working with this company.
Thank you for your material purchase and we are happy to help DIY homeowners. We understand your frustrations, however your order was pulled by our yard supervisor, checked before we left for delivery and recounted when the materials were delivered to your garage and a photo was taken. We are 99% an installation company, so any materials sales stand out to us and we take care to make sure any DIYer has everything they need and even offer installation instructions and advice. The materials were delivered on February 13th and we were not contacted about a missing latch until March 9th. When you contacted us on the 9th we immediately responded and investigated the situation. We checked with our supervisor and delivery crew who confirmed the gate hardware was inside the white bag that is in the delivery photo in your garage. When you said a contractor installed your fence, we offered a suggestion to check with the contractor and maybe they did not know how to install the professional grade latch which requires drilling through the post and chose to install a different latch from a hardware store. We were not blaming anyone and apologized if it was interpreted that way. You came back to our office and purchased additional materials two times during your installation process, why would you not have returned to pick up a new latch if it was missing? We would encourage every customer to double-check any delivery on the day of delivery and let us know right away if anything is missing. We responded the same day to your concerns on March 9th but we have investigated and feel certain the latch was delivered and checked off per the purchase order. Fencing project was priced including paint. Harrison would not return calls or text messages to have the project completed with paint. One gate was installed in which it could not open, however it was fixed when addressed. Very disappointed it was not painted and do not recommend this company to anyone that expects a completed project.

We do apologize if there was any confusion regarding staining your new fence. Harrison Fence does offer a staining service for wood fences, however the stain is always a separate contract because the stain is completed at a later date. Your fence installation contract shows the price for the fence installation only and there is an optional add on stain price and it is noted as not included. The stain is separate because we allow the wood fences to dry prior to staining and also the stain is weather dependent and it could be several weeks before we can stain the fence. Fence is good, but disappointed with billing team. I signed my contract for a certain amount and then once my fence was installed and I received my invoice, they charged me an extra $830! Very frustrated and upset. Unprofessional of them to make this mistake.
Harrison Fence did an amazing job installing aluminum fence for us. They have been extremely professional. Everyone, from an estimate to admins helping out with the HOA paperwork to installing crew to billing, everyone was great and helpful. Installing crew worked in the freezing weather all day to put the fence up for us, my heart was aching for them, and they did such a fantastic job!
We are super happy. I highly recommend them.

I had my fence in my yard installed by Harrison fencing. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The gentleman that installed my fence were amazing. They were very respectful. They were unbelievably fast and thorough and move the dirt where I wanted it that was dug up, and there was no trace of clay any place in my yard. They were extremely cheaper than other fencing quotes I had and I strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a fence put in their yards.

I had a true specialty fence installation with Harrison Fence. It was a detailed request for an 8 foot fence with roller bars, cat fencing and dig proof bottom fencing. There were a few hiccups but it all turned out really great. They were very professional and very considerate. I was a demanding taskmaster and they went out of their way to do the extra. They really did want me to be satisfied and happy. I am happy and so are the animals. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. Thanks so much everyone.
