Wonderful Sukamade Turtle Beach Tour + Banyuwangi Ubud transfer
We are very happy to have chosen Harris and his team to organize our family trip to Sukamade Turtle Beach (2D1N) and then our transfer from Banyuwangi to Ubud. Harris is very professional with a good communication from the start. Our drivers were very friendly, flexible and took good care of us, we learnt a lot from the discussions we had along the way. The few unexpected changes or delays were handled smoothly. Thank you again for this wonderful experience !

trip Climbing Mount Bromo, Sewu Waterfall and Blue lava Ijen Crater Very enjoyable with the team from Tuan Haris, they are friendly Ok accommodation, the food is pretty good even though only Indonesian food is available .the price was cheap, our driver, Hafid, and our guides, Fatah and Andi, really looked after us during our 4 day trip they patiently picked us up at Surabaya international airport very patient and on time even though our plane was delayed for -+2 hours what a cool and professional team

Ijen + Bromo Tour
Many of the reviews on this page don't appear to be legitimate - all 5 stars, similar buzzwords, poor grammar. My family indeed travelled with Harris on the three day, two night Ijen and Mount Bromo tour: this is our experience. While we did visit both aforementioned places, which were incredible in their own right, there were a number of factors which detracted from our experience. On the first night, Harris booked us into a comfortable homestay near Banyuwangi. Unfortunately, it turned out to be at the epicentre of a local religious festival, which involved extremely loud music and prayer until just before midnight. Considering we had to get up at midnight for the Ijen climb, we only slept for about an hour before we had to get going. Once we reached the base camp of Mount Ijen, we found it incredibly unprofessional that Harris' guide was a no-show until a replacement was organised over an hour later. Because of this delay, we had to hurry up the mountain to have any chance at seeing the blue fire whatsoever. We also found Harris' driving quite reckless and frankly dangerous, tackling curves on mountains at ridiculous speeds and having poor oversight when overtaking, especially at night. Finally, the hotel organised near Mount Bromo was unfortunately very loud, so we got very minimal sleep on both nights. While Harris' tour is very reasonably priced, there may be more professional operators to consider on this route.
