From the first visit it was clear that James was highly experienced, and he gave excellent advice on our proposed piece of work. Everything about him and his team was incredibly professional. We have used Harris and Moore a number of times now within our residential care homes for adults with a learning disability and autism. Queries have been dealt with quickly and with a great understanding of our needs and a member of the team is always willing to help or advise. Brendan has been responsive and helpful in particular and always get back to messages or problems. These are now our 'go to' for all of our boiler and heating issues!

We moved into the area in 2023. We selected Harris and Moore from local adverts. Our first job was to improve the flow of water through the shower. They arrived promptly and did the job but advised that we would probably need a different pressurised system to be more effective. Taking their advice, we subsequently opted for a new boiler and tank, which solved the problem. At all times the plumbers gave unbiased advice and were very courteous and knowledgeable making it easy for us to carry on with our normal day as the work allowed. Whilst we were getting used to the system they came out quite willingly when we asked for advice. We would strongly recommend Harris and Moore.
