Shaun my advisor was superb and very helpful in getting me sorted with my claim. He was in constant contact with updates and talked me through the whole process up until the final paperwork that needed signing.

I was barely managing my debt…
I was barely managing my debt repayments and had a look online to see what my options where. What companies where about and who could help me fix a situation that I got myself in.
I was 29k in debt, living off of credit cards and despite trying to consolidate debt etc, I just couldn't manage it.
So I went to Trust deed Scotland's website and completed their little website questionnaire about dept etc and within 10 minutes I had a phonecall from them.
I spoke with Jason and instantly he was reassuring, non judgemental and very knowledgeable on what I was going through and how it affects me.
We talked for a while, with Jason outlining what thier firm offer and how it could be beneficial for me. Going through all the options, taking into account all my outgoings and income and expenses etc.
I had done some research but Jason made sense of what I had read online myself and completely had me at ease with what was going on, what could happen and how I could combat it.
4 days later, having discussed every option I have just signed my Trust Deed. Which obviously will need to go for approval but this will cut my payments down significantly, make me less stressed while having the beneficial effect that I can now live a little. I can breathe now.
I can't speak highly of Jason, and I am sure he is a mirror of the Company he represents.
If you have issues like I did, not being able to live with any freedom to go out and have fun because of crippling debt, do your research and learn about what you can do to liberate yourself from the situation, then give these guys a call. I highly recommend them.

I recently got debt problems and contacted trust deed scotland and they talked me through the steps to be debt free and their advice was spot on I couldn't recommend them more .definitely the best in what they do my advisor was chris and he was there on every step of the way I would highly recommend trust deed scotland for your help the best cant praise them enough the only thing missing was a cape.
