We called Harnce Heating after reading the reviews and we are so glad we did. They came out and fixed our water leak and we were so impressed with their service that we asked for a new boiler quote. Quote was competitive and choice was offered so we went ahead and thrilled with their new boiler and will also now go ahead and purchase a maintenance plan with them. Honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them They are transparent with their explanations, quotes and attend when they say they will. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and honestly if you are in need of a central heating company then these are the ones to contact

I recently had Harnce lower the access to my shower tray to enable me to walk straight in, in addition to this they put a chair in and a safety bar, there was a considerable amount of work involved in this and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, their service was excellent — thoughtful, professional, efficient, and very considerate of my home.

I really cannot recommend this Company enough. They have done various jobs for me now and I just cannot fault them. It is a family run business and they take pride in what they do. I love that I can go out while they are working because I trust them 100%. You may have to wait a while for an appointment but they are certainly worth waiting for!

This was a toilet replacement. Harnce's engineer installed a new close coupled toilet replacement in half a day in a small downstairs WC. The installation was trouble free and efficient and the old system was removed efficiently with no household disruption. A friendly service from a local firm

I've used Harnce Heating and Plumbing several times now, and I can confidently say their service is fantastic from start to finish. The communication throughout each job has been fantastic. Whether they were fitting new radiators, plumbing in a new ensuite, installing a new gas hob, or dealing with an emergency call out, their work has always been excellent. I would highly recommend Harnce Heating and Plumbing.
I just wanted to say thank you so much for the bath refit you did for us at the beginning of August.
We had some early concerns but the team at Harnce put our minds at rest and Nathan did a great job and at the end of the 1.5 day refit you couldn't tell anyone had ripped out an old bath and put a new one in. He was super tidy and very respectful of our home making that everything was well protected from any damage. The bath fits like a dream and the mixer shower over it works better than we could ever have hoped.
We had relatives to stay the weekend after and they were so impressed they wanted to know how we managed to get such a great job done and were particularly impressed with the power of the new shower.

Fantastic service, very professional... No upsell at all, our boiler may be very old but thanks to Harnce, it's working just fine. Installed a lovely basic thermostat that allows us to move this around the house to get a better balance... They even helped fix a piping issue while they were there, with no fuss and no charge! Lovely people, will be doing our boiler every year now! Try them out, sure you'll think they're ace too!
