I really appreciate the quick and efficient support. I was able to book a same-day appointment for a blood test, which was incredibly convenient. I attended in the morning, and my results were already ready by the evening very fast and well-organised. I also love that they are open until 6:30 pm, with later appointment slots available. This is especially helpful for someone like me who works full-time in the office. Overall, a very smooth and positive experience. Thank you so much!

This was my first ever blood test in the UK and the experience couldn’t be any better. I had contacted your practice from Australia as I would need to check my INR whilst on holidays. I got a quick reply. When I attended your practice it was not only pretty but much more importantly welcoming and very professional. Having to check my INR every so often means I’ve got a lot of scar tissue making it harder for the person taking the sample and gives me a bit of stress. But my experience was fantastic, not only I felt relaxed but didn’t even felt the pinch! Thank you so much for making me feel welcome and safe.

First time I called I got an appointment immediately on the same day and was quoted a price. Then I got the email which quoted a different price. When I got the payment link it had the original price. No big deal as I paid less. Second appointment took several back and forths via email and I had to wait a few days (price has gone up with no explanation).

Very friendly, efficient and fast service. I particularly love the fast appointment times, for blood tests always managed to get an appointment the same day and then the incredibly quick turn around with results. Very much appreciate and recommend their services. Also very accommodating, with providing a place for prayer for muslims.

My experience with Harley Street was great. Good value for money services and I was equally impressed with the care i got from the consultant physicians...... On every visit, i had the option to take coffee/tea/a glass of water.... Didn't get that when i visited clinics elsewhere including the US

Harley Street Health Centre I’ve been a patient of this clinic for around eight years and have always had a great experience. The doctors, nurses and reception team are all professional, welcoming and genuinely caring. Appointments are easy to arrange, everything runs on time and there’s never a long wait. I also really appreciate the clinic’s connections with other specialists on Harley Street if additional examinations are needed. It’s a cosy practice with compassionate staff and an excellent location. Highly recommend.

I booked an emergency smear there, and it was hands down the most painful experience i have ever had. It does not need to he this painful. The doctor was very nice but the technique needs reviewing. AMENDMENT. After posting this I was contacted by the clinic for a phone conversation, they were incredibly helpful and listened to my issues. I was assured that re-training would happen. All that could be asked for to be honest.

I usually go for annual blood test and i have difficult veins to catch, but here I never have issues because the staff is very good, and not just friendly like in other places where I always came out with bruises. It's easy to book appointment and the results come in very short time. I would recommend.
