We received great service from the clinic. Making an appointment for GP and blood test was easy for a reasonable price. We saw Dr Ara who was knowledgeable and had excellent attention to detail. The prescription she gave was a game-changer. They also arranged for an x-ray on the same day which was extremely helpful.
On the 9th, I visited a private clinic. I am a foreigner (from Thailand). Initially, I was apprehensive because I only speak a little English, but due to my illness, I decided to book via email, which was easy and convenient. When I arrived, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. They explained everything and scheduled another appointment for the 10th. I went to my appointment and had blood drawn to test for my condition. The doctor was kind, cheerful, and friendly. They took four vials of blood, which was painless and very quick. The doctor spoke with me like a family member. The test results were also sent quickly via email. I was very impressed with the clinic's quality service, fair treatment, and cleanliness. I would recommend this clinic to any foreigner who is unwell and hesitant to go to a hospital. They have several branches, making them easily accessible. Mediocre experience. Clinically, WellMan Executive is comprehensive and does what it says on the tin (although with recommended extras quickly adding up) but customer experience is rough round the edges. Review with doctor was perfunctory rather than personalised - asked same background questions three times - and not much empathy or interest on show. Unclear in explaining value in or process for other tests. Team appeared confused about what was included or not in the package. Waited nearly 5 weeks for medical report after appointment.

The Harley Street Health Centre is very welcoming. The staff are efficient and polite and the medical treatment is second to none. As a patient I feel I am listened to and time is spent with me in order to make a diagnosis and to give me reassurance. Dr. Abood in particular, is very experienced and takes the time to really know her patient. It is like a breath of fresh air to find someone so caring and who is so adept at their profession. I highly recommend this practice.
