Courteous and professional service. I was a ‘walk-in’ and I had my blood sample taken after only a 5 minute wait.
I booked the Wellman health check package given my age. The checks provided a good insight into my overall health. The service and overall process with the Harley Street Health Centre was very professional.

Easy to get an appointment. When I called they were very helpful with my situation and booked a blood test for me for the next day. The man doing the blood test was kind and I got the results within 6 hours.
The experience itself was fine. I came here for a blood test; the reception staff and nurse weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming, but they did their jobs and the appointment was straightforward. I hope and assume that the laboratory results are reliable.
What has made me much less confident in the reviews for this clinic is that, after my appointment, I received an email offering me £10 credit towards a future blood test in exchange for leaving a Google or Trustpilot review. I find this quite concerning, as it makes me question how representative the ratings here actually are. I would keep this in mind when reading the other reviews.
I have visited both sites and my experience so far is smooth. The staff overall (admin, nurses, phlebotomists, drs) are all very kind. Prices are better than other clinics however to get the results, I have to call 9/10 times for them to send it over and some admin staff lack compassion and kindness but overall very happy with the services

I have had the best experience at Harley Street Health Centre! The doctor that took my blood was the kindest and most professional, and my results were out within less than half a working day. Very easy to book an appointment as well and they answered all my questions in advance, highly recommend
