Ive used Hardmans since 1997 for a number of different things. They have been so helpful and professional. Catherine has just dealt with power of attorney for both my parents, again a very proffessional helpful job has been done by Catherine and her staff. I always recommend them to family and friends and couldnt thank Hardmans enough for their help over the years.

If you don’t mind waiting 7/8 months to move house then these are the people for you
No sense of urgency
Theses clowns were the solicitors for the vendor when my son was buying his first property and no chain involved
Every time there was a hold up it was these jokers totally unprofessional
So do yourself a favour and go elsewhere
You have been warned

Awful solicitors. Barely any contact. Buying a house prolonged by a couple of months due to their incompetency. Avoid as much as possible
