Martin from Happy Heat did an outstanding job fixing our electric boiler. He was clear and thorough in explaining every step, very polite, and genuinely friendly throughout. He came out on multiple visits, changed the main board, reconnected the wireless thermostat, and made sure everything was working perfectly. Martin even called the boiler manufacturer to double‑check that all instructions were followed and the system was installed correctly. At the end, he repressurised the system and checked that both the heating and domestic hot water were working as they should. Highly recommend Martin and Happy Heat for any heating and gas work.

Can't recommend enough, friendly, fairly priced and most importantly RELIABLE! Had an urgent issue and they came out on a Sunday for me, wish I found them before wasting a whole week with another company. Will defo be using them for any plumbing services going forward.

They diagnosed and fixed the issue with our underfloor heating quickly and came fully prepared with the right parts, making sure everything was completed in one visit. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. Martin also checked in afterwards to make sure everything was running smoothly and made it clear that he was available for any aftercare if needed.
