If I I could give this chiropractor’s office a 0 I would. At first it was truly exceptional & had no complaints especially after they had accepted my Aetna health insurance! Afterwards my 3rd visit that’s when Mr.Hans returned from his vacation and mind you I have never met him before so upon meeting him he suggested that I work on my neck area and other parts of my back for some out of pocket laser therapy that my Aetna health insurance would not cover it & that he didn’t want to affiliate himself with my insurance provider. Never in my years of being here or going to a chiropractor’s office have I experienced such a thing so for me personally I would not recommend this place him running and operating this office. Let alone , he left me without a job , let alone left the situation as is. put me without a job and is not costing me to recover. So personally no stay away from him.

I had informed you that i was going to publish a comment on google review so i can expose what you had did with the overall experience and you said go ahead, pushed for me to get neck treatment but was really there for back pain (only) then insisting I get laser therapy. I don’t have money like that. You insisted if I didn’t have the money then you could not even come close to helping me. It’s been since April /May and your coming to me about “reputation” seems like you care about that a few months later. So if you really cared about your practice you would have done everything in your power to do it correctly. Instead I felt like there was malpractice that played here.

Mr. Lubin, it's upfortunate that you lost your job but I had nothing to do with that. You might want to take this up with your employer. I understand how upsetting that can be to lost your job but I'm confused as to why you think that was my fault. Regarding your statement that I wanted to treat you for something that your insurance does not cover is absolutely false. I always tell people if something is not covered by their insurance and let them decide if they want that service or not. I never try to upsell services. That's not how I operate. If I think that a particular therapy or service that I provide in my office would benefit someone than I have an obligation to tell them about it and let them make their own decision. Again, I'm sorry that you lost your job but you need to redirect your anger towards someone else or speak with your employer and ask them why they fired you instead of trying to cause damage to my reputation.
This place is amazing, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The office is very well kept and clean. Dr. Han was extremely helpful in my recovery with adjustment, treatment and workouts. He is also good at explaining problems he sees or has seen on a MRI scan. Overall a great experience and service, 100% would recommend if you experienced a car accident or need chiropractic treatment.

Myself and my two children have been coming to Dr. Hans for the past 4 months and he has been ANAZING. The ladies at the front desk are extremely attentive and sweet to all of us. Treatment has gone well and I am thankful my attorney put me in contact with Dr. Hans after my accident. 5 stars ⭐️

I’ve been coming to Dr. Hans a month or so and I have to say although I’m here for unfortunate reasons it’s been a very rewarding experience and extremely helpful with my various ailments.

I usually don’t write reviews but I felt the need to share my amazing visits with Dr Hans and his excellent staff. Skip the headache searching for different chiropractors offices and just come here. You definitely won’t regret it . They really do care & you’d be in good hands . Treatments here are well worth every penny spent.
