I was a resident at this park for 4 years and I loved it! Management is great, park is clean, and managers are fair. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to live in a peaceful environment.

This mobile home park is a complete joke they are now trying to charge tenants $50 per extra car per house hold which is crazy when they are taged and insured ... there are no adminities in this park .. no play ground for children who run crazy through the park also they have no pool or excerise gym but are going to raise rent to $700 nwxt yr !! The tenants are unhappy with the failure to up check the park and the racisim and discrimination toward tenants who speak up about over agressivly abuse the park management is currently !!!

This mobile home community and RV park is in a nice residential area of Hanford. They have long-term RV space for rent (the RV spaces are back-in sites and have full hookups available). Laundry room for residents is very convenient!
