I had hired handy squad to clean my villa, the team arrived promptly at 9, and started working. The time estimation given during booking was from 9 to 6. The team was cleaning very efficiently, but there was not enough people to do the job. The company should allocate enough people by properly analysing the requirements. There were 5 staff and 1 supervisor initially, but 2 of them left by 5pm. Then the rest of the staff had to work till 11pm to complete the work they had started. This is pure exploitation of workers by the company. We had to skip some cleanup as we couldn't ask them to work any longer. Their workers were absolute gems, and was cleaning professionally. But they are helpless as there is limit to the amount of work a human can do in a day. The company should do proper planning and resource allocation, and stop exploiting workers.
I have done service with you guys twice and the experience was really good.

Handysquad did a deep clean for a 1bhk flat for me in kochi.
A supervisor (Abhinav) with two others came. They came with all the necessary equipment and did a pretty decent job. I would say that they were meticulous and sincere.
From the person who booked the service (Merlin) and all the handysquad team that I have interacted with, were professional and cooperative in the way they interacted.
The 3 member team came at around 1030am in the morning and left by around 730pm. My suggestion is to put in more people so that the team can be in and out, much more faster. That would be convenient for the people staying in the house.
I have booked another deep cleaning for my home in trivandrum towards the end of this month. Based on that service, let's see if this review needs to be amended or not.😉

Our home was really messy after the renovation and painting done. Full of fine dust of putty. I called Handy Squad for the rescue. They cleaned each nook and corner.Excellent job done by Shafique and Rakesh under the guidance of supervisor Fazil. I really happy with their service.
